Do you need to stop being a people pleaser?! If you find yourself always saying yes when you mean no, letting other people make decisions or going along with ideas you don’t agree with, I’ve got SIX tips for how you can stop being a people pleaser.
Because while it might seem like a good thing to be considerate, agreeable and accommodating, it can also drain your energy, breed resentment and create unhealthy relationship dynamics if you're always putting your own needs last.
It's also a little dishonest if you're pretending you're ok with something when you're not so let's learn how to STOP people pleasing, be authentic, and assert yourself with kindness.
P.S. If you know your people pleasing stems from early trauma (as a way of staying safe) that's entirely understandable but it's still a pattern you have the power to break and I'll talk about that in a future video.
